Approve a resolution authorizing negotiation and execution of an amendment to the Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Lakeline Boulevard Expansion project from Lyndhurst Boulevard to Parmer Lane for a total estimated project cost of $22,623,372 with the City’s share of the costs estimated to be $4,918,124 plus any cost overruns. Funding in the amount of $4,918,124 for the City’s share of the cost is available in Transportation and Public Works’ Capital Budget.
