Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Texas Harm Reduction Alliance to provide services to low-income individuals with substance misuse issues in Austin/Travis County for a 12-month term, through March 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $684,085, and add one additional extension option in an amount not to exceed $684,085, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,454,510. Funding: $684,085 is available in the Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining term of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
