Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Central Texas Food Bank Inc. to provide services to college students in Austin/Travis County with limited access to food, to add one 12-month term, through March 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $157,500, and add one additional extension option in an amount not to exceed $157,500, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $587,500. Funding: $157,500 is available in the Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining term of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
