Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with The SAFE Alliance d/b/a SAFE to manage the City-owned domestic violence shelter, to add one-time funds in the amount of $125,000 to the term ending on September 30, 2025, and add two extension options each in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $12,225,000. Funding: $125,000 is available in the Austin Public Health Department Budget Stabilization Reserve Fund. Funding for the remaining term of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
