Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Water Operating Fund (Ordinance No. 20240814-007) to increase transfers in from the Reclaimed Water Capital Improvement Program Fund by $2,000,000 and increase transfers out to the Combined Utility Revenue Bond Redemption Fund by $5,000,000; and amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Combined Utility Revenue Bond Redemption Fund (Ordinance No. 20240814-007) to increase transfers in by $5,000,000 from the Austin Water Operating fund and by $2,215,206 from unspent Texas Water Development Board loan proceeds and increase appropriations by $7,215,206 to defease and redeem outstanding Water and Wastewater System Revenue Refunding Bonds.
