Authorize a contract for forecast costs and collections software for Capital Delivery Services with Ernst & Young U.S., LLP, for an initial term of one year with up to one one-year extension option in an amount not to exceed $820,000. Funding: $520,000 is available in the Capital Delivery Services Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
