Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Safe Streets and Roads For All Concrete Construction Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Transportation and Public Works with Alpha Paving Industries, LLC, in the amount of $4,000,000 for an initial one-year term, with four one-year extension options of $4,000,000 each, for a total contract amount not to exceed $20,000,000. Funding: $4,000,000 is available in Transportation and Public Works Department Capital Budget. Funding for the remaining contract extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
