Authorize amendments to three contracts for continued pesticides and fertilizer for the Parks and Recreation Department with BWI Companies Inc. d/b/a BWI Schulingburg, N-Gulf LLC d/b/a Ameriturf, and Marubeni America Corporation d/b/a Helena-Agri Enterprises, LLC aka Helena Chemical Company to increase the amounts by $315,000 for revised total contract amounts not to exceed $2,016,000, divided among the contractors. Funding: $315,000 is available in the Parks and Recreation Department’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
