Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued equipment rentals, related products, and services for the Fleet Mobility Services Department with HERC Rentals Inc. d/b/a Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation, to increase the amount by $3,500,000 and extend the term by two years for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $10,292,000. Funding: $3,500,000 is available in the Fleet Mobility Services Department’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
