Authorize negotiation and execution of all other documents and agreements necessary or desirable with the Austin Public Facilities Corporation (APFC), including an interlocal agreement, for the APFC to provide tenant improvements, furniture, fixtures and equipment and other services as needed to make the following City-owned properties ready to use as public facilities: 2400 Grove Boulevard, Austin Texas 78741 for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, 11708 McAngus Road, Del Valle, Texas 78617 for an amount not to exceed $32,473,360, and 1501 and 1601 S. Mopac Expressway, Austin, Texas 78756 for an amount not to exceed $9,750,000, for a total amount not to exceed $43,223,360. Funding: $10,750,000 is available in the Building Services Department Capital Budget; $32,473,360 is available in the Financial Services Department Capital Budget.
