Approve an ordinance amending Resolution No. 021003-40 and Ordinance No. 20240814-006 to add Eeyore’s Birthday Party as a co-sponsored event for which fees are waived annually, starting with the 2025 Eeyore’s Birthday Party, and authorizing negotiation and execution of a co-sponsorship agreement with Friends of the Forest Foundation to achieve the purposes of the co-sponsorship.
