Approve negotiation and execution of an amendment to the feasibility cost-sharing agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers for the Boggy Creek Corps Flood Control Channel Ecosystem Restoration Project dated April 24, 2024, to increase the City’s contribution by $25,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $325,000. Funding: $25,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Capital Budget of the Watershed Protection Department.
