Approve appointments and certain related waivers to citizen boards and commissions, to Council committees and other intergovernmental bodies, and to public facility corporations; removal and replacement of members; amendments to board and commission bylaws; and approve an ordinance waiving City Code Subsections 2-1-22 (B) and (C) (Membership Term and Limitation) to allow reappointment or continued service on a board, and waiving City Code Subsection 2-1-21(H) (Eligibility Requirements and Approval) to allow service on more than one board.
