Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Travis County for job readiness training and summer employment for youth ages 14 to 21, for a term ending on September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $1,049,588, with five extension options, each in an amount not to exceed $1,049,588, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $6,297,528, and Travis County will pay the City up to $435,108 for student wages. Funding: $614,480 is available in the Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remainder of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets and continued partnership with Travis County.
