Authorize negotiation and execution of agreements with seven agencies to implement grant deliverables for the Ryan White Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program to provide services to people living with HIV for an initial term through February 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $4,995,806 divided among the seven agencies, with two 12-month extension options for each agency, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $15,749,278. Funding: $4,995,806 is available in the Austin Public Health Department’s Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund. Funding for the remaining years of the agreements is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
