Authorize two contracts for citywide towing services for all City departments with Special Automotive Inc. and MJVMJ Inc. d/b/a Rocha’s Towing Services, each for an initial term of three years with up to two one-year extension options, for total contract amounts not to exceed $1,108,000 divided equally between the contractors or the department may choose any contractor that has the available service. Funding: $147,733 is available in the various City departments’ Operating Budgets. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
