Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Economic development Agency d/b/a Rally Austin to increase funding to be provided by the City related to the Cultural Trust program administered by Rally Austin by $2,500,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $38,240,000. Funding: $2,500,000 is available in the Operating Budget of the Financial Services Department.
