Authorize an amendment to a contract for the continued purchase of firearms and accessories for the Austin Police Department with ProForce Marketing, Inc. d/b/a ProForce Law Enforcement, to increase the amount by $900,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $2,900,000. Funding: $457,170 is available in the Austin Police Department’s Police State Gambling Asset Forfeiture Special Revenue Fund. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
