Authorize negotiation and execution of interlocal agreements with the following independent school districts: Brackett, Carrizo Springs, Comstock, Cotulla, Crystal City, Eagle Pass, Knippa, La Pryor, Rocksprings, Sabinal, San Felipe Del Rio, Utopia, and Uvalde to permit their independently owned two-way radio subscriber units and other related communications equipment to connect to the Greater Austin-Travis County Regional Radio System (GATRRS) Master Site to facilitate interoperable and seamless radio communications with GATRRS users, each agreement with an initial term of up to 12 months, with automatic 12-month renewals unless terminated by one of the parties.
