Approve appointments and certain related waivers to citizen boards and commissions, to Council committees and other intergovernmental bodies, and to public facility corporations; removal and replacement of members; and amendments to board and commission bylaws and approve an ordinance waiving Subsections (B) and (C) of City Code Section 2-1-22 (Membership Term and Limitation) for the individuals specified in the ordinance.
