Approve a resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of an Advance Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Highway Safety Improvement Program, traffic signal project at the Harris Branch Parkway and Giles Lane intersection for a total estimated project cost of $878,189 with the City’s share of the costs estimated to be $193,688 plus any cost overruns. Funding: Funding for the City’s share of the cost in the amount of $193,688 is available in the Transportation and Public Works Department Capital Budget.
