Approve an ordinance amending City Code Section 2-1-107 (Community Technology and Telecommunications) to effectuate bylaws amendments by renaming the Commission; including additional items on which the Commission shall advise Council and hold public hearings; adding promotion of public access to the internet to its purposes and duties; adding methodologies for promoting public access to telecommunications services, community technologies, and the internet; and adding duties for its current role of supporting the City’s grant for technology opportunities program.
