Approve amendments to the Community Technology and Telecommunications Commission bylaws to rename the commission; include additional items on which the commission shall advise council and hold public hearings; add promotion of public access to the internet to its purposes and duties; add methodologies for promoting public access to telecommunication services, community technologies, and the internet; and add duties for its current role of supporting the City’s grant for Technology Opportunities program.
