Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with the Austin Independent School District, for the design, management, and installation of two closed-circuit television traffic cameras to be installed atop the Austin Independent School District Headquarters building located at 4000 South Interstate Highway-35 Frontage Road, to monitor traffic congestion and aid in signal timing to minimize delays, in an amount not to exceed $7,132. Funding: $7,132 is available from the Transportation and Public Works Department Capital Budget.
