Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with AIDS Services Austin d/b/a Vivent Health, Inc. to provide housing services for people living with HIV to add one-time funding to the 12-month term ending on September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $153,977, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,772,858. Funding: $153,977 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Public Health Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
