Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Project Transitions, Inc. to provide housing services for people living with HIV for a 12-month term ending on September 30, 2025, in order to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $1,405,303, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $6,000,000. Funding: $1,405,303 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
