Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with the Salvation Army for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) for the Austin Shelter for Women and Children to provide operations and maintenance at the 24-hour low-barrier shelter for women and their children experiencing homelessness in order to add one 12-month extension option for the term ending September 30, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $313,922, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $990,850. Funding: $313,922 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Public Health Department Special Revenue Budget.
