Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Child, Inc. to administer the Community Development Block Grant Early Head Start Program, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $136,536 to the 12-month term ending on September 30, 2025, and to add three 12-month extension options, each in an amount not to exceed $414,830, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $2,106,148. Funding: $136,536 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Housing Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for the remaining terms of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
