Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Caritas of Austin to provide permanent supportive housing services to individuals experiencing homelessness for an initial eight-month term, from February 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $500,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $2,500,000. Funding: $500,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Homeless Strategy Office Social Services Budget. Additional funding is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
