Approve negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to convey approximately 0.2115 acres (9,215 square feet) of water line easement and approximately 0.0313 acres (1,365 square feet) of temporary construction easement, generally located between McBee Drive and Johnny Morris Road on the south side of FM 969, Austin, Texas 78724, to the City of Pflugerville for a total purchase amount of not less than $98,830. Funding: This item is projected to result in additional revenue of $98,830 in the Austin Water Capital Budget.
