Authorize additional authorization for a job order assignment for construction services for the BI2020.8 HPD Pro-Lodge 5 Phase 4 (Old Roadway Inn) - Southbridge for Housing and Planning project, for the Housing and Planning Departments, and to be managed by the Capital Delivery Services Department, with Basic IDIQ, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $600,000. Funding: $600,000 is available in the Housing Department and the Planning Department’s Capital Budget.
