Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the 2025 Miscellaneous Streets Overlay Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity project, for the Transportation and Public Works Department and to be managed by Capital Delivery Services, with Alpha Paving Industries, LLC, in the amount of $8,500,000 for an initial term of one year, with up to three one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $34,000,000. Funding: $34,000,000 is available in the Transportation and Public Work Department’s Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Funding for the extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
