Authorize execution of a contract for construction services for the Walnut Creek - January Drive Flood Risk Reduction project, for the Watershed Protection Department and to be managed by Capital Delivery Services, with Austin Underground, Inc., in the amount of $1,936,072 plus a $193,607 contingency for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,129,679. Funding: $2,129,679 is available in the Watershed Protection Department’s Capital Budget.
