Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Project Transitions, Inc. to provide housing services for people living with HIV for a 12-month term ending on September 30, 2025, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $205,303, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $6,363,811. Funding: $205,303 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Public Health Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
