Approve a resolution authorizing negotiation and execution of an advance funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation to provide, install, and/or replace railroad markings and signs associated with railroad grade crossings within the City on roads maintained by the City. Funding: There is no fiscal impact to the City. This project will be funded by the Federal Highway Administration via the Texas Department of Transportation.
