Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Foundation Communities Inc. to provide funding for a community tax center for a 12-month term, through December 31, 2025, in the amount of $137,547, and add four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $137,547, for a total revised agreement amount not to exceed $825,282. Funding: $137,547 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Additional funding is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
