Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to an agreement with Family Endeavors to operate the temporary Marshalling Yard Emergency Shelter, to extend the agreement for six months through September 30, 2025, and to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $6,750,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $16,327,398. Funding: $6,750,000 is available from the City’s General Operating Fund.
