Authorize negotiation and execution of amendments to the professional services agreements for engineering services, for Austin Energy, for the Austin Energy Staff Augmentation, Engineering, and Related Engineering Services for Electric System Engineering and Technical Services Rotation List with the following two firms: HDR Engineering, Inc., and Allegis Group Holdings, Inc., in the amount of $22,500,000 for total contract amounts not to exceed $70,875,000. Funding: Funding is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Energy.
