Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to an agreement with Family Endeavors to operate the temporary Marshalling Yard Emergency Shelter to provide services to individuals experiencing homelessness, to extend the agreement for six months through September 30, 2025, and to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $6,750,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $16,327,398. Funding: one-time funding in the amount of $4,344,485 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 General Fund Operating Budget. One-time funding in the amount of $1,081,050 is available subject to Council’s reallocation of American Rescue Plan Act funding in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Financial Services Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund.
