Authorize execution of a contract for supplying, delivering, and installing turfgrass (sod and sprigs) for the Parks and Recreation Department and the Austin Convention Center Department with Mondo Gardens d/b/a Thomas Turfgrass, for an initial term of three years with two one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,000,000. Funding: $329,114 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of Parks and Recreation Department and $4,219 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of Austin Convention Center Department. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
