Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for large-diameter water main leak detection and assessment services for Austin Water with Pure Technologies US Inc. d/b/a Wachs Water Services, for an initial term of two years with three one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,000,000. Funding: $1,000,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
