Authorize execution of a contract for automotive transmission repair and replacement for the Fleet Mobility Services Department with Alamar Austin, Inc. d/b/a AAMCO Transmissions of North Austin, for an initial term of two years with three one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $625,000. Funding: $125,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of the Fleet Mobility Services Department. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
