Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for an information technology asset management platform to provide a comprehensive view of information technology assets for Communications and Technology Management with Escape Velocity Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Trace3, LLC, for an initial term of two years with one one-year extension option, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,830,000. Funding: $557,773 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget of Communications and Technology Management. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
