Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce to market Austin to minority communities; develop and implement a Regional Economic Equity Development Plan; and attract, retain, and expand minority business in Austin for a three-year term for a total contract amount not to exceed $607,500.
