Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Urban Alchemy to provide intervention services to individuals experiencing homelessness for an initial 12-month term beginning on October 1, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $440,000, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $440,000 for a total agreement amount not to exceed $2,200,000.
