Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Travis County for the lease or rental of alcohol monitoring devices to support City residents participating in the Travis County Driving While Intoxicated Court Program and Transformative Youth Justice Program, from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, with one 12-month extension option to renew in a total amount not to exceed $132,800.
