Authorize negotiation and execution of an extension to an interlocal agreement with the Texas Department of State Health Services to purchase human immunodeficiency virus medications under the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part A grant program, for a two-year term ending on December 31, 2026, and to add funding in an amount not to exceed $400,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $800,000.
