Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to an agreement with Urban Alchemy to provide emergency shelter and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $3,424,807 for the 12-month term beginning on October 1, 2024, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $20,201,542.
