The owner of the needed property is Thornton Apartments, LP, now known as Thornton Apartments LLC. The property is located at 2505 Thornton Road, Austin, Texas 78704. The general route of the project is east of 3201 South Lamar to the intersection of Del Curto Road and Lightsey Road, and north to approximately the 2300 block of Thornton Road.
