Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to the agreement with American Gateways to stabilize the immigration status of detained and non-detained immigrants residing in Austin and Travis County, to add a 12-month extension option ending on September 30, 2025, and add funding in an amount not to exceed $420,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $2,466,505.
